FAQs

What is Only Earth Subscription?

Only Earth subscription is a program that allows you to fullfill your Only Earth needs, without any hassle! all you have to do is choose your products, the frequency and sit back. we'll send across your goodies at your chosen time. Standard delivery timelines will be applicable based on the location and date of the subscription order placement.

How do you pay for subscriptions?

Due to the recurring nature of the payments, we only accept Debit Card or Credit Card. We currently do not accept COD for subscriptions.

How are payments debited for each new order during subscription?

On the checkout page, please select a payment method for automatic recurring payments.

Currently, due to RBI policy, we’re unable to auto-debit the amount through credit and debit cards. RBI mandates that all third-party merchants use a two-factor authentication for all recurring payments for both credit and debit cards. For example, if you subscribe to a repeats set on 1st of any month, a payment link will be generated every 7th day for weekly, 14th day for fortnightly and 30th day in case of monthly for you to authenticate via OTP and continue subscribing.

Can I apply a discount code to subscriptions?

Currently, subscribers get 10% off for lifetime when they subscribe. This cannot be clubbed with any other promotional codes.

Can I cancel my repeat subscription?

Yes, free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to the next shipment date.

Can I edit the products in my subscription?

Currently, we do not offer edits to the products chosen. We hope to make this available to you as soon as possible.

Can I edit the date of my next repeat delivery?
